Luggage Transfers

The Trail was opened in 1971 and follows the 8th Century border constructed by King Offa to divide his Kingdom of Mercia from rival kingdoms in what is now Wales. The path starts in Chepstow and covers 177miles of walking trails, through 8 counties and crosses the border between England and Wales over 20 times before finishing in Prestatyn.

We offer a luggage transfer service for the middle part of this path. Covering from Knighton to Llangollen. Your overnight bags are collected from one accomadation and taken to the next, so you don't have to take everything with you. This leaves you free to enjoy the journey and explore the countryside and local attractions without being weighed down. 

We are proud to work with many Walking Tour Companies and are always delighted to receive luggage transfer requsts from private groups and individuals as well. This is booked and confirmed by email. The cost is £30 per for 1-3 bags but we do ask for no bag to be over 20kg as this can causes injury to the driver. Luggage is collected between 9-11am and then delivered to your next accomodation by midday to ensure it is waiting for your arrival.
